Islamic State affirms demise of its chief
On Thursday, August 3, the Islamic State affirmed data about the demise of the head of this psychological militant gathering, Abu al-Hussein al-Husseini al-Kushi. The comparing message was distributed by the press secretary of the gathering in the Wire channel. Al-Kushi was apparently killed in battle with another jihadist bunch, Hayat Tahrir al-Farce, in the Syrian region of Idlib. Al-Kushi assumed control over the gathering in late 2022 after the demise of his ancestor, Abu al-Hassan. In 2022, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan declared that Turkish knowledge had "killed" the affirmed IS pioneer in Syria.
